Haiti continues to be a very challenging place to live and work. But the people are resilient even in the face of a fractured government, natural disasters and high unemployment.
With that said, we continue to teach Biblical Financial Principles with sound business training and provide affordable loans to small business owners in and around Cap-Haitien. Since December 2018 we have provided over 900 loans to more than 450 people totaling over $115,000.00 usd. As these loans are paid back, it give us an opportunity to give 2nd or 3rd or 4th loans to our dedicated business partners as well as expand our network and give new 1st time loans to more and more people. We are excited to see God work in so many ways and to be a small part in helping people help themselves through these "Hand Up" loans. Consider joining our efforts by donating today. All funds raised will go directly to our loan fund so that we can provide more loans to more people in Northern Haiti.
When businesses get shut down do to Covid19 and families are not able to buy and sell, many lives are effected in a negative way. Men-Leve has reached out to our business owners and church affiliates and began distributing food supplies to help people overcome their food shortages. 50 bags of rice and 100 gallons of cooking oil was distributed to over 175 families representing 23 churches in the area. This is such a small thing that can have such a major impact. We thank God for the opportunity he has given us to serve.

We believe the key to change in Haiti is giving a "hand-up" and not a "hand-out." Helping people use their skills and abilities to improve their lives leads to systemic change.
To teach Biblical Financial Principles with sound business training and provide affordable loans to small business owners in Cap-Haitien and its surrounding communities.
To improve the quality of life for Haitians by equipping them to start and operate their own business, for the betterment of themselves, their families and their community.
